Savani De Silva is a project management and Agile delivery professional at Sysco LABS Sri Lanka, the technology arm behind one of the world's largest foodservice companies. Working alongside engineering, product and business teams, she sees firsthand how large-scale software is planned, built and delivered, and what it takes to keep complex projects moving in the right direction. Her expertise is backed by five globally recognised certifications. As a Project Management Professional (PMP®), she brings a strong grounding in structured planning, scope, risk and stakeholder management. Her Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®) credentials reflect deep knowledge of how Scrum teams work day to day, from facilitating sprints to shaping and prioritising a product backlog. Her Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) certification shows how Agile practices extend across multiple teams in large organisations, and her Certified Agile Leadership (CAL®) credential speaks to her focus on the people side of delivery: building trust, empowering teams and leading change. This combination is rare. Many professionals specialise in either traditional project management or Agile methods, but Savani understands both and knows when each approach fits. That balance makes her especially valuable to learners who want a complete, realistic picture of how modern tech projects are run, rather than theory that only works on paper. At Talentraa, Savani brings this industry experience directly into the classroom. Her sessions focus on what actually happens inside a modern tech team: how work is broken down and estimated, how priorities are decided, how sprints are run, how blockers are handled and how projects stay on track when things change. She draws on real workplace situations to help learners understand not just the frameworks, but the decisions and conversations behind them. Her teaching is designed for a wide range of learners. If you're aiming for a career as a project manager, Scrum Master, product owner or business analyst, Savani will help you build the knowledge and confidence that employers look for. If you're a developer, designer or freelancer, her guidance will help you manage your own work more effectively, collaborate better with teams and clients, and understand the bigger picture of the projects you contribute to. With Savani as an instructor, Talentraa learners gain a mentor who combines international certification standards with practical experience from one of Sri Lanka's leading technology companies, helping them step into the industry ready to contribute from day one.
